I came to work for Plumas Pines Realty as a receptionist in the spring
of 1988. I have since worked in all areas of the Property Management
sector of our company.
My family and I provided the housekeeping and small
maintenance service for about 4 years, which gave me an abundance
of knowledge and appreciation of the individual homes and the effort
it takes to care for them.
Following that, I was the reservationist for about
6 years, which gave me the opportunity to talk to, select accommodations
for, and meet many of our guests, which was truly a pleasure.
I then moved into the accounting department, responsible
for the financial records and daily financial activity of the company
and the property owners. I've been the Administrative Director, in
charge of Property Management for the past 5 years.
This varied, hands on experience has enabled me
to view Property Management from the prospective of all entities
involved; Owner, Guest, Employee, and Management.
My 18 years of employment with Plumas Pines Realty
have been gratifying and I have enjoyed meeting and working with
so many congenial people. I look forward to the coming season.
